Who is ETC?
Excel Therapy & Conditioning (ETC) is owned and operated by Dr Sara Hulseberg, DPT, MSPT, CSCS, CSYI. Dr Hulseberg is a local graduate of Minnechaug Regional High School. She completed her Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Physical Therapy locally at Springfield College and went on to obtain her Doctorate from Northeastern University. She is also a mentor with the Level Up Initiative, and an administrator of the #P4520 Foundation.
She is practiced in various fields of Physical Therapy; with a focus in orthopedic, sports injury, and manual therapy. Dr Hulseberg is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, making her uniquely qualified in the treatment and strength training of athletes; from novices, to weekend warriors, to D-1 and Olympic level athletes.
Caroline is ETC's Sports Yoga Coach. She is passionate and driven, and delivers excellence with every class she teaches.
Nick is a Strength and Conditioning Coach with a passion utilizing proven methods for creating a strong foundation in order to build athletes and clients into the best versions of themselves that they can be.
A native of New Hampshire, he is a graduate of Springfield College's Applied Exercise Science program with a concentration in Sports Performance, and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Chiropractics at NYCC. Nick is a competitive weight lifter. He has trained with world renowned coaches and athletes, as well as athletes who have competed in the Arnold Class and World Strongest Man. He also has experience training youth athletes in swimming, hockey, and lacrosse. He has experience coaching college and professional athletes within NCAA swimming, baseball, hockey, as well as NHL goaltenders. Through his experience with competing and coaching powerlifting and traditional athletes Nick has developed a method of taking training concepts developed for elite performance and applying them to the everyday athlete in order to most effectively reach a client’s full potential and goals. When he is not training, he enjoys reading, backpacking, and skiing.
The grey wolf is his spirit animal.
