More intense than traditional Yoga classes, this form is designed with the more athletic and driven individual in mind. It's a blend of traditional Hatha (physical) and Vinyasa (flowing) movements, as well as dynamic movements, core exercises and traditional sports warm ups. You get the flexibility benefits of a traditional Yoga session with the addition of strengthening and conditioning.

Wednesday: 6:30 PM Core SY
All Levels SY Flow: Traditional Sport Yoga flow focusing on power and movement building total body strength and improving flexibility. You can expect unique flows with fun, relaxing, and challenging poses, with variations as needed.
Core SY: Core-focused Sport Yoga flow with traditional poses and a concentration of poses strengthening the back, abdominals, chest, hips and glutes. Strengthen, tone, and define, as well as protect the spine with these dynamic flows.
Deep Restore SY: Looking for stress relief, to repair sore muscles or for a more relaxing flow? This class focuses on releasing tension in hips, shoulders and back through traditional sport yoga flows, with fewer power poses and more poses for improving flexibility. Opportunities to learn yogic breathing techniques.
