At EXCEL Therapy & Conditioning we strongly believe in improving our patient's way of life and athletic/functional level to even better than it was before injury or surgery. In order to achieve this, you will only see one therapist throughout your rehabilitation so we can maintain only the highest level of consistency and care for you.
THERAPY POLICIES
A patient evaluation is required prior to any treatment for each injury or complaint.
Length and content of PT/OT session is based upon therapist recommendation following PT/OT evaluation.
Treatment plan will be discussed with patient prior to any delivery of service or charge.
Treatment is fee for service unless your insurance is accepted or will reimburse charges.
Out-of-Pocket fees will be discounted when paid in CASH or DEBIT and AT TIME OF SERVICE.
