Sports Yoga
More intense than traditional Yoga classes, this form is designed with the more athletic and driven individual in mind. It's a blend of traditional Hatha (physical) and Vinyasa (flowing) movements, as well as dynamic movements, core exercises and traditional sports warm ups. You get the flexibility benefits of a traditional Yoga session with the addition of strengthening and conditioning.
Class Schedule & Start Times: Returning soon All Levels SY Flow: Traditional Sport Yoga flow focusing on power and movement building total body strength and improving flexibility. You can expect unique flows with fun, relaxing, and challenging poses, with variations as needed. PiYoCombine the muscle sculpting of Pilates with the strength and flexibility benefits of yoga. Together with a dynamic flowing sequence and a cardio component it's a blast that can be made to accommodate all levels.

Circuit TrainingMove throughout the facility across different stations to nail that full body workout. Multiple variations are offered including strength circuits, conditioning circuits, and weight loss circuits.
