Sport Specific Training, Strength & Conditioning, and Group/Team Training are available in varied rates. Sessions are tailored specifically for the individual or groups' needs and goals. Pre/Post-Season Sport Specific Training Camps are available for interested parties/teams. Please follow our Facebook and Instagram pages for regular updates regarding our camp offerings. If you would like to book group or team training or are interested in a specific class/training session outside of what's listed below (ie: older adults balance/functional strengthening, fitness in pregnancy, etc), please call to inquire.
