Personal, Small Group, & Sport Training
Perhaps you were injured and don’t feel like you’re ready for the field yet. Maybe you REALLY want to make the Varsity team but don't feel prepared. Or you're not happy with your game and want to be ready for golf or softball season. Or you want to get healthy and going to the gym just isn’t for you- or hasn’t been working.
Sport Specific Training, Strength & Conditioning, and Group/Team Training are available in individual and small group rates. Sessions are tailored specifically for the individual or groups needs and goals. Prices of sessions are dependent upon length of commitment. Each session is 60 minutes. All ages welcome.
Pre/Post-Season Sport Specific Training Camps are available for interested parties/teams. Please follow our Facebook and Instagram pages for regular updates regarding camp offerings.
Additional courses are listed below, please contact to inquire about availability. If you are interested in a specific style class/training session (ie older adults balance/functional strengthening, fitness in pregnancy, etc) that is not currently listed please call to inquire.

Softball & Baseball; Swing & Pitch
Like with golf, core rotational ability plays a big role in your swing. Shoulder range of motion, strength, and flexibility highly effect your pitching/throwing. Come in and improve all around with a class focusing on: rotation, flexibility, range of motion and strength.
